Mit großem Stolz und Freude können wir heute verkünden, dass der Dokumentarfilm “The BronxBerlinConnection” auf dem Angeles Documentaries Film Festival (wo der Film als runner up für “Bester Regisseur eines Dokumentarfilms” ausgezeichnet wurde und wo Alsy N’Diaye in der Kategorie “Beste Regisseurin” gewann) diesen Sonntag in einem Block von drei Dokumentarfilmen zwischen 14 und 21 Uhr Central Time (19.00 – 3.00 Uhr Europa) gezeigt wird. Der Film wird später in diesem Monat auf dem Black International Film Festival in Montreal gezeigt… wegen all dieser unerwarteten Aufmerksamkeit haben wir beschlossen, den Film am 21. September in Berlin im City Kino Wedding zu zeigen, die 18.00 Uhr-Vorführung ist völlig ausgebucht, aber wir haben gerade eine zweite Vorführung um 20.00 Uhr am selben Abend hinzugefügt. The Film will be shown at the Black International Film Festival, Montreal later this month…because of all this unexpected attention we have decided to screen the movie in Berlin on Sept. 21 at City Kino Wedding, the 6pm showing is completely full but we just added a second showtime at 8pm on the same night.
