BronxBerlinParisConnection Movie Screening

So its official…last year a delegation from Berlin and Paris traveled to NYC as part of the 10th anniversary of the #BronxBerlinConnection. Together with the Goethe-Institut New York and the @Stiftung Luftbrückendank they traveled to different schools in the NY/NJ area to talk about the “Airlift” in Berlin, the 70 years since and current political developments in all three cities and beyond. On Tuesday May 7 delegations of young artists from Marseille, London and NYC will arrive in Berlin to be part of the celebrations for “70 years Airlift”. On May 10 we will screen the documentary we were able to capture in NYC last year. This is the official trailer. The screening takes place May 10, 5pm at City Kino Wedding, Centre Francais de Berlin, Müllerstraße 74, 13349 Berlin and the admission is free.

So es ist offiziell….im vergangenen Jahr reiste eine Delegation aus Berlin und Paris, im Rahmen des 10-jährigen Bestehens der #BronxBerlinConnection, nach New York. Gemeinsam mit dem Goethe-Institut New York und der @Stiftung Luftbrückendank reisten sie an verschiedene Schulen in NY/NJ, um über die “Luftbrücke” in Berlin, die 70-jährige Geschichte und aktuelle politische Entwicklungen in allen drei Städten und darüber hinaus zu sprechen. Am Dienstag, den 7. Mai, kommen Delegationen junger Künstler aus Marseille, London und New York nach Berlin, um an den Feierlichkeiten zu “70 Jahre Luftbrücke” teilzunehmen. Am 10. Mai werden wir den Dokumentarfilm, der im letzten Jahr in NYC entstand, zeigen. Dies ist der offizielle Trailer. Die Vorführung findet am 10. Mai um 17.00 Uhr im City Kino Wedding, Centre Francais de Berlin, Müllerstraße 74, 13349 Berlin statt und der Eintritt ist frei.
