The Jam – Kick off

Am vergangenen Samstag fand die Auftaktveranstltung von “The Jam” statt. Einmal im Monat treffen sich junge Tänzer*innen aus ganz Berlin und anderen Städten zu einer Jam. Das ganze beginnt mit einem offenen Workshop Angebot zu den verschiedensten Styles (Popping, House, Breakdance…), dass jeweils von einer anderen erfahrenen Tänzer*in geleitet wird. The Jam ist ein Projekt von der Tänzerin Sherry Holickz in Zusammenarbeit mit Gangway e.V. Das Projekt wird durch den Projektfonds Kulturelle Bildung finanziert.

Last Saturday the kick off for the project “The Jam” went down. Once a month young dancers from throughout the city of Berlin and beyond get together for a jam session. The events start off with open workshop opportunities. They will be lead by different dancers every month and they will involve many different styles (Popping, House, Breakdance…). More information on how you can enroll will follow shortly.
