Jugendliche von Gangway e.V., Street College und The BronxBerlinConnection featured im Video zur neuen Single “Dark Shades” von “Dead Rabbit”

Es kommt doch eher selten vor, dass ein Label und ein Künstler sich an Sozialarbeiter wenden, um Jugendliche die mal harte Zeiten durchlebt haben und die sich während dieser an Musik und Hip Hop festhalten konnten, in ein Video Projekt zu involvieren. Genau das ist passiert und nur wenige Tage später drehten knapp 10 junge MC’s, Beatboxer*innen, Beat Produzenten*innen und Tänzer*innen vom Street College, Gangway e.V. und der BronxBerlinConnection, zusammen mit der Film Crew aus Köln, ein Video zur neuen Single von Dead Rabbit, “Dark Shades”. It is a rather rare occasion that a label and an artist contact a social worker in order to involve young people, who have been through hard times and who have been able to hold on to music and hip hop throughout, in a video project. But that´s what happened and just a few days later 10 young mc’s, beatboxers beat producers and dancers from the Street College, Gangway e.V and the BronxBerlinConnection started shooting a video for the new single “Dark Shades” by Dead Rabbit together with a film crew from Cologne. Great song, beautiful video and dope young people!
